Our current goal is to upgrade Carolyn's home to make it a safer and more comfortable place for her, for as long she needs it to be.

Carolyn is an single senior living just south of Fuquay-Varina, which is outside of Raleigh, NC. She returned to her family home about 20 years ago to care for her aging parents, They have since passed away.

Carolyn is full of kindness and joy. She is a humble, hard working lady. She initially had some trouble accepting help. Now she calls us her angels and couldn't be more appreciative.

Her home was built in 1969 by family. It was not fully completed then and is need of some TLC. There are basic needs ... the roof leaks, there are minor foundation issues, wood and siding need repair or replaced.

In addition to structural issues, it needs a shower and heating & air conditioning (she uses 2 space heaters, there is no AC). We also envision improvements like painting, landscaping, and adding porches, etc.
